[24]-hour notice is required for changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a [50%] charged to the card on file.
Payment Disputes
Services are completed in person with client approval. Clients agree to contact the studio directly before initiating a dispute. Disputes for completed services will result in submission of documentation for recovery.
